The hotel is lovely, the food is delicious but the area is not the best. It is difficult to get anywhere touristy because it’s far from the downtown area. Also, the buildings around it are run down and empty. The bus station is near and so is the hospital. Other than the location, we loved staying at Los Arcos. It’s safe, beautiful, comfortable and the food is awesome.

It’s very close to the central bus station, has a nice restaurant. Beautiful central garden. Wifi is weak in some rooms but strong in others.

This was our second time staying here and just as last time we had a great stay. Everyone was super friendly and was available whenever we needed ... we are planning to go back and we are definitely booking in this hotel again.
