We had no hot water. We were there for a dance competition Friday to Sunday. Many members of our team stayed there and had no hot water. The dancers especially needed hot water to shower. Some of them danced both days. Nothing was even attempted to be done to solve this issue. The General Manager’s response was everyone is probably showering at once, this is completely unacceptable.

The room was pretty clean and nicely laid out. I had stayed with my 5 month old and 2 year old. During the evening it seems whomever was above my floor was very loud all the way till about 4 am hotel staff was made aware since it kept waking up my kids. Nothing seemed to be resolved and hotel staff even made me aware that this was not the first time to hear of this complaint from that room but again nothing was resolved and for staying here to try and rest before traveling back home definitively makes it hard to wanna stay here ever again.
