This property includes a private dock only 321 steps away in a quiet cove on Lake Chatuge with 1 covered boat slip and side deck for reading, fishing, swimming, and boating. Enjoy fishing, swimming, or sitting on the dock, or taking your boat, paddleboard, or kayak out off of the dock. If you bring or rent a motorboat, there is an always colorful and always fun Tiki Bar across the lake at the marina. Lake Chatuge is known for its year-round high-quality fishing and is one of north Georgia's premier fishing destinations with its clear, rocky, mountain stream habitats supporting 32 confirmed fish species, the signature species being spotted bass and trophy level smallmouth bass.

It is perfect for families or small groups. Guests enjoy two full bathrooms, each featuring a shower and one with bathtub for a relaxing stay. The living/dining/kitchen open floorplan space feels festive and cozy with a large TV over a gas fireplace, as well as central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round. Outdoors includes a gas grill as well as a firepit with a swing on/off grill for cooking over a wood fire option. The deck wraps around three sides of the cottage plus a large, covered side porch to have an outdoor coffee or evening drinks with a lake and nature view.
