Excelente Hotel, a little to expensive. Also staff or security should do rounds or have security cameras in the hallways and stairs. Nothing against kids having fun but several kids were screaming running up and down the hallways and stairs playing with a ball and at times knocking on doors for a long period of time. Maybe consider to include breakfast with your reservation may help thinking about the price per night. Overall great Hotel, thank you !!

Excellent Location

Property was in a wonderful location close to the park and shopping which is why I chose it. The hotel was clean and offered a Pantry with loads of snacks as well as a Starbucks Self-Serve which was super convenient. A couple of areas that I feel need improvement are: The hotel bathroom could be so much nicer if the showers were updated, if the vanity provided any storage, if there was a ventilation fan as the bathroom was covered in condensation as well as all items within after showers, and if the towels were improved (we had 3 different styles of the same towels and not all were nice quality and quite thin). The A/C system doesn’t work all that well and the indoor humidity was INSANE. Stayed in many hotels and have never experienced this before. The mini fridge had missing pieces that normally would hold beverages and was quite run down. The luggage cart we used was in need of new wheels and one looked as though it was about to fall off completely. Super hard to navigate and turn with the wheels being so wonky Other than those suggestions for improvement the hotel is a great price point and excellent location and overall was quite clean. Didn’t have much interaction with the staff as we only stayed 2 nights and were not in need of much. The little interaction we did have was pleasant.

The facility was very well maintained and clean. The staff was friendly and professional. It's location is convenient to virtually all Hershey attractions and many very good restaurants. A pleasant stay in a terrific town.
