Nestled in the picturesque hills of the Sauerland region in Herscheid, this spacious, accessible holiday apartment with two bathrooms offers a sustainable retreat for up to eight people and guarantees a climate-neutral stay.

The apartment features two charging stations for electric vehicles.

It offers a fully equipped kitchen including a fully automatic coffee machine, a 9 m² southeast-facing balcony, another 9 m² south-facing balcony, and a self-service, west-facing beer garden – ideal for relaxing after an eventful day. For stays of five nights or more, bed linens and towels are included, and use of the charging stations is free. Netflix and Disney+ are also available, providing entertainment on rainy days.

The Märkisches Sauerland region is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts: hiking, mountain biking, climbing, paragliding, and water sports are all easily accessible. Attractions such as the Atta Cave, the Balve Caves, and Altena Castle are nearby, and the 707 motorcycle race track is just 2 km away. Cycling tours for all levels start right outside the door. Secure outdoor bicycle parking is available.

Motorhomes are not permitted. Strict house rules ensure a clean and respectful stay.

Thanks to a 35.6 kWh solar system, you'll have a reliable power supply even during power outages. Your stay is 100% CO₂-neutral, as all greenhouse gas emissions generated during your stay are directly offset through the use of renewable energy.

A pick-up and drop-off service with a 9-seater taxi is available (€2.50/km).
