"Room was roomy and comfortable. Had issues with the Breakfast included as pancake machine didn't work properly and toaster for bread didn't toast anything after 3 tries. Breakfast sandwiches that were microwavable were ok."

"First, every staff member was professional and wonderful to work with from the front desk to maintenance to the restaurant. Our room was very clean, however we didn't know you have to notify the front desk if you want your room cleaned and maintained every day. The towels in the bathroom are the worst I have ever used. They are so rough they are great to use to exfoliate - seriously. The elevators were excellent. The gym was not great at all. Two treadmills only one worked the first day and that was down the next. Other equipment, bike, stepper etc. You're on your own to figure them out. Would be nice if they posted some directions on the wall. Three great TVs - no controls... Speaking of TVs ours didn't work, but maintenance came quickly and fixed them. Those too should have directions, but they don't - good luck. Our safe was locked but a very nice man unlocked it right away. The beach was nice. Umbrellas are available by a 3rd party for $25. He sets them up and takes them down. The beach was clean, however, our first day we couldn't get to the water unless we went down about a six foot cliff of sand - yes, really. The next day it wasn't quite as high and a little more sloped. The beds were comfortable, pillows fair. The balcony was small, two chair, no table , but the view was nice. The bathroom is small with one sink and really room for one person at a time... The staff make this a nice hotel. With my honest I hope the management works out these flaws."
