"Communication with the office staff was difficult, and accessing the family rooms required either climbing stairs or taking a slippery, rocky path. There was no reception support available to help with our luggage. The pool also didn’t appear to be in use. The property itself is charming and maintains its original character, but that means there’s no air conditioning and no modern amenities. TV never worked and due to the humidity and ceilings having holes, bugs were visible in the room. The room was surrounded by vegetation. Excellent room service when it came to cleaning. Wifi was not stabled, and we had no electricity for a day (keep in mind this is a small town), but wanted to mention it."
