Highlight on the Bansiner beach promenade - highest holiday comfort in a perfect top location In the best location of the famous seaside resort is the 2006 Dünenresidenz.  Two of the three buildings are directly parallel to the beach promenade - the third house is oriented to the mountain road and offers lovely views to the idyllic Schloonsee. The small garden in the courtyard of the ensemble has been equipped with a fountain of granite blocks. Underground parking, bicycle storage facilities, a washing machine and a dryer are available in the basement. Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fee in the golf clubs and until 31.  August 2019 a discount on the regular entrance fees with each visit to the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard).

DR C 18:
To this beautiful, contemporary two-room apartment belongs an idyllic balcony, where you can enjoy the beautiful evening sun. The large sun terrace is located to the east and offers the best conditions for a breakfast under the open sky. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, which can serve as an extra bed for the third and fourth person. The use of washing machine and dryer is in the house is possible for a fee of 4.00 €. Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. So you are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
