Die Wohnung befindet sich nicht direkt im Trubel, aber so, dass die Strand Promenade und der Einkauf max 5min zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Das Parken im Hof ist sehr gut. Die Terasse ist nur im Bereich der Wohnung ordentlich. Insgesamt ist die Einrichtung einfach und praktikabel. Die Küchen Utensilien sind zusammen gewürfelt. Für 4 Personen ist die Wohnung ausreichend. Man sollte keine hohen Ansprüche haben.

Das Objekt hat bei uns mit der Lage gepunktet, nicht direkt im Trubel, aber max. 5min bis zur Strand Promenade. Das Parken im Hof war ebenfalls sehr gut. Für den Einkauf steht gegenüber ein Supermarkt zur Verfügung. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung einfach und praktikabel eingerichtet, für 4 Personen ausreichend. Die Fotos zeigen eine aufgehübschte Wohnung. Unsere Erwartungen wurden durch die Bilder nicht vollständig erfüllt. Die Terrasse ist nur im Bereich der Wohnung ordentlich. Die Unterkunft hat Potenzial und der Eigentümer sollte die Bewertung anderer lesen.

Sehr schöne und große Ferienwohnung, gut gelegen, unweit vom Strand und Bahnhof, auch ein Supermarkt, Fahrradverleih sind in der Nähe, Parkplatz auf dem Innenhof des Objektes. Sehr guter Service vom Team "Pro-home". Ein paar kleine Hinweise zur Verbesserung hätte ich noch: neue Kopfkissen undToilettenbürste wären nötig, Haken zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern in der Küche und auch am Handwaschbecken wären perfekt. Ansonsten alles gut... herzlichen Dank !!! Gruß, Anne Kü.

Der Netto gleich über die Straße und der Bahnhof sowie die Bushaltestellen dort kann man so in fünf Minuten erreichen. Zum Strand ist es etwas weiter zu laufen, aber kein Problem.
