The duplex apartment is located in the 1st. Upstairs and has a combined living room / bedroom with double bed and comfortable seating area, flat-screen TV, radio and Wi-Fi in the lower area. Furthermore, located on the same level, the open kitchenette with 2-hob Ceranplatte, sink, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and fridge and small dining table. The bathroom is equipped with shower / WC, towel heater and hairdryer. A staircase leads to the upper sleeping area with 2 single beds, a large wardrobe and another flat-screen TV. From the living area you have access to the spacious balcony terrace, which you can share with the apartment 2. The bed linen is already included. A parking space is available in front of the object. Another parking lot in the Baltic Sea Heringsdorf, just 20m from the beach, also belongs to the apartment for free.

The holiday home 1A has a total of 4 apartments and a holiday room. It is located in a tranquil idyllic location in the Heringsdorf district Gothen on the edge of the three imperial baths. Enjoy your holiday in a friendly cozy atmosphere - all apartments are furnished with great attention to detail and comfortably equipped. FeWo wirkt auf Fotos größer als in Wirklichkeit. Küchenzeile zu klein für max. mögliche Personen. Kein Gefrierfach und kein Backofen. Wer nicht gerne im Urlaub kochen möchte, ist es ok. Sehr ruhig am Wald und Wiesen gelegen. Zum Stand muss man das Auto nehmen.

Schöne, gemütliche und gepflegte Wohnung. Nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Alles, so wie beschrieben, vorgefunden. Der Parkplatz in Strandnähe ist, unter Berücksichtigung der Parkplatzsituation auf der Insel, absoluter Luxus.

sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in naturbelassener Umgebung, engagierte Vermieterin, ca. 2 km von Heringsdorf entfernt. Im Ort befindet sich keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Man benötigt immer das Auto, um durch den Wald auf schlechter Straße nach Heringsdorf zu gelangen.
