Located two miles from the popular Lizard Peninsula village of Mullion, with its pubs, cafes, shops and galleries. Once you have finished exploring the village, discover the many sandy beaches and sheltered coves that are dotted along the coastline, the closest of which is Poldhu Cove, a popular spot just 1.5 miles away.



Inside, this cottage is full of charm, from exposed stone work to sash windows. The kitchen is modern and includes an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Once you have finished preparing your meals, dine in the cosy lounge where a table sits in sunlight beside a large sash window. Next, relax on one of the comfortable sofas and make the most of the TV/DVD available whilst sitting in front of the electric fire. There are two cosy bedrooms, both light and airy from large traditional sash windows providing views across the garden. The bedrooms share a family bathroom, which has a shower over the bath.



Outside, an area with picnic table and chairs gives way to a large grassed garden. This is a peaceful spot in which to relax with an evening drink or for firing up the gas BBQ in the summer. In an adjacent barn is a great games room, complete with pool table and table football, guaranteed to keep the young and old amused.
