We were not happy with the host. We tried to contact him 3 times on Friday due to having problems locating the property. We have yet to receive a return call from him. This group has no signage to show where the property is located. You need to add a physical address on the website. We could not download the app on the website. We spoke with several locations, including the Welcome Center, they could not direct us to the property. We finally were able to locate it by elimination of other areas. Please place a name at the entrance to the property. We have traveled all over the world so we know how to get around. That said, the property was clean and comfortable and in a good area. We were able to walk to the downtown area. We would stay again.

To begin with, I was not given a contact number I could use to contact anyone. Made me think no one really wanted to be contacted. No picture showed or printed detail of the condo mentioned the 15 steps we had to climb to reach the bedrooms. I'm in my 70's and my wife in her 60's and we would not have chosen that condo if we had known there were stairs you were required to climb. No hot pads, towels or dish cloths in kitchen. No coffee table for coach. No chairs except for dining.

Perfect couples getaway at Lindsay's Lazy Getaway! Ideal spot for a quick trip to Helen. James was super helpful with great food recs and even allowed early check-in to drop bags before hitting Anna Ruby Falls (so close—highly recommend!). House had everything we needed: quiet, private, safe. Comfy beds, prime location. We'll definitely be back! 5 stars.

The apartment was clean, though the walls basboards could use a touch up. Equipped with all one needs for a short stay. Keurig maker so bring your pods if you have a favorite. The beds were super comfortable. Either curtains or darker blinds in the bedrooms are needed. Bring eye masks if needed. Other than that it was perfect for our little family visit to Helen.

Convenient, roomy and everything you need for a weekend trip in Helen. We were in town for the Roper romp and only needed 1 night. Perfect location for what we needed, would consider staying here again.

Just as described. Clean and great location to downtown Helen, you can easily walk into town. A couple of things to keep in mind is that it very much puts you in mind if a hotel room but without room service. What I mean is there are no extras…no extra towels, toilet paper ect. We had 4 people and 6 towels. As we were very active during this trip I would have liked to switch towels out halfway but there were not enough for us to all have a clean one. The kitchen is very basic, so if you intend to cook you may want to bring a very supplies. There is a dishwasher, but as there was 4 of us we needed to wash dishes after each meal and a dish drainer would have been a good thing to have. No extra linens were available either and as one person in our party gets cold while to others stay hot we went out and purchased an extra blanket. These are not anything against the VRBO but just things I would have liked to know prior to arriving. However, that does not mean we wouldn’t stay here again. It was a very nice stay and roomy enough for the 4 of us with an amazing location.
