Great location
This property has great value for money. The place is a 5 minute drive from the Deer Valley East village base area and the Gondola parking. This place is a great pick if you're in town for skiing Deer Valley! Covered parking was a really nice feature and I also enjoyed the Jacuzzi after a long day of skiing.
The Condo was pretty much as advertised and felt very homey. There are 2 bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen, a comfy family room, and spacious bedroom with closet. My overall impression was I was happy with my stay and it was easy to get to/from off the interstate with gorgeous views off the balcony. The underground parking Garage was perfect and so convenient! Getting to/from Park City Mountain wasn't a big deal - I would just leave about an hour before the mountain opened and use the Park & Ride parking lot to avoid the $25 Parking Fee per day (Free Bus service from Park & Ride). There were a few quirks that I had to smirk at with a couple being annoying. 1) Hot Tub jets only stay on 8-10 minutes and was almost impossible to get them back on once timed out - I assume this is why I seldom saw folks out there; 2) There was no place to put towels/belonging at Hot Tub that would be out of the weather so I had to leave inside the building at times; 3) They were re-painting the entire 2nd floor, where the Condo is located, the week I was there - the Condo #'s were covered up so I had to guess the Unit then put something under the door to let me know which unit was mine; 4) I had to set Temperature to 65 degrees to keep the Condo from going above 73 degrees - it was around 78 degrees when I walked in; 5) As a result of the Painting, the Elevators were shutdown one night and the Fire Alarm throughout entire building went off for a solid hour straight - not sure why they would schedule painting during Peak of Spring Skiing; 6) Parking Garage was very convenient but is located around back on Left side of building (not Right as directions indicated); 7) Manual Ice-Tray, 2 Decade old TVs, and vintage Coffee Pot but all worked (no Steaming on TVs). Having stated the Quirks, these were simply a bit annoying at times and the only reason why I took one Star off the Review. Overall, I really enjoyed staying at the Condo and would definitely stay there again!

Very comfortable condo, amazing view, close to gondola!
While it was a bit smaller than expected, it was very comfortable and quiet. The views of the backside of Deer Valley are impressive! The gondola was only a couple of minutes by car. Also, the on-site ski shop was very convenient for last minute, forgotten items. The only downside is there is no food options nearby but Main St - Park City is only 10-15 mins drive.
