Unfortunately we didn’t hear from the host until the day before our check in and we got VRBO Care involved. I just wanted a welcome from the host message so I knew she was expecting us. I have always gotten that in the past. There was no communication on what needed to be done upon check out so I assumed that I was to do nothing. The kitchen towel and wash cloth had big holes in them. On a positive note, it was very clean and looked like the pictures shown in the description. The house was conveniently located to restaurants, the lake and the scenic railway bike ride.
