"We stayed on the way home from Ft. Lauderdale. We didn't want to drive after dark with the possibility of black ice on the roads. Comfort Inn & Suites was a brand we were familiar with and the price was reasonable. This specific hotel was an older building that had been remodeled. It had a beautiful stairway bannister in the lobby. The elevators and lobby were updated as was the furnishings and as much of the bathroom that could be updated. Our door should have been replaced as one of the manual security levers was off but our dead bolt worked and the door locked fine. We loved the bedding and the beds, and we were really tired so this was a major plus for our stay. If you don't mind that you can tell building is older and remodeled, please stay here. Staff was very nice. Price was good. Place was clean and comfortable."
