Located on the hillsides of the right bank of the Cher Valley, this former farmhouse, built of local pink stone, has been fully restored.

Ground floor: Kitchen with dining area, living room, wood-burning stove, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom (bath and shower), separate toilet.
First floor: 1 bedroom (2 double beds), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room (shower/toilet). Electric heating. Laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer, 3-drawer freezer).
Large, partially enclosed, wooded grounds (2 hectares) with orchard, lawn, courtyard, 2 covered terraces, and barbecue. Children's play area. Mini-farm (1 donkey, pygmy goats and 1 Vietnamese pot-bellied pig, Ouessant and Cameroon sheep, chickens, geese, ducks...). All shops and services are available in Vallon-en-Sully and its SNCF train station (5 km), Cosne-d'Allier (15 km), and the Cher River, Berry Canal, and its greenway are 4 km away.

THE COTTAGE'S HIGHLIGHTS: Firewood - bed linen provided and beds made upon arrival.
