Eine sehr schöne, gepflegte Ferienwohnung, in der mansofort angekommen ist und sich wohl fühlt. Für einen längeren Urlaub wäre mehr Ablagefläche im Badund auch im Schlafzimmer wünschenswert, vor allem, wenn noch ein Kind mit verreist. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, nur schön wäre noch ein Toaster. Sonst alles super und empfehlenswert!

Kann man mal machen, aber nicht zum wiederkommen

Nach außen scheint alles sehr nett und einladend. Auch wird man freundlich an der Kreidetafel in der Küche begrüßt. Das bringt gute Laune.Zu Beginn fiel ein komischer Geruch auf, welcher auch nicht weg ging, trotz lüften. Direkt vor der Tür steht ein Handymast. Das nötigste wie Zucker war leer in der Küche, aber dafür war der Pfeffer 2015 abgelaufen. Allgemein macht das ganze einen sehr abgewohnten Eindruck, repariert durch Heimwerker. Der staubige Badlüfter wurde wohl auch noch nie gewartet. Aus dem Küchenvorhang schneite uns Staub ins essen. Es gab einen Herd, einen Wasserkocher , zwei Kaffeemaschinen. Verwunderung besteht darüber dass die heizungsrosetten lieber in der Küchenschublade aufbewahrt werden anstatt montiert zu werden. Die rote Bauschutzdämmung schaut weniger dekorativ aus. Als hätte man kein Interesse am Objekt. Im angepriesenen Wintergarten ist nur eine Sitzmöglichkeit. Der Küchendunstabzug hat nichts abgezogen. Das Bett ist sehr schmal für 2 Personen. Der Nachbar knallt vermeintlich ständig absichtlich die Türen, ist sehr hellhörig. Dieser beschwerte sich auch über die schlechten Beziehungen vor Ort. Badheizkörper rostig. Im Schlafzimmer ist ein Schalter der sehr hell leuchtet, falls da jemand empfindlich ist. Alles in allem würde es dem Objekt gut tun, wenn der Besitzer selber mal ne Woche dort wohnen würde um die Defizite zu erkennen.Es war aushaltbar, aber für den Preis eher kein Wiederkommen unsererseits.

Süße kleine Wohnung

Tolle 10 Tage in einer süßen, liebevoll eingerichteten Fewo. Das Altmühltal ist für Fahrradfahrer zu empfehlen. Gräfensteinberg ist ein netter Ort mit einem kleinen Dorfladen und einem Gasthof der leider nur gelegentlich geöffnet. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen

Hübsche kleine Ferienwohnung mit netten und hilfsbereiten Nachbarn. Liebevoll eingerichtet fehlt es dem Urlauber an nichts. Tolle Ausflugsideen der Gastgeberin. Super auch die empfohlenen SB Automaten.

Wir sind sind sehr zufrieden ,schönes Region mit viel natur ,und Seenlandschaft super toll. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett.Apartment war sehr schön ,und toll dekoriert. Ideal gelegen

Die kleine gemütliche Ferienwohnung ist für unsere Zwecke ideal gelegen zwischen Altmülsee und Brombachsee. Für Fahrrad- oder Wanderausflüge top Lage. Die Wohnug hat zwei Zimmer, Küche und kleines Badezimmer. Ein kleiner Wintergarten bietet eine schöne Aussicht auf das Brombachtal und vor allem auf die drei in Hausnähe stehenden majestätischen alten Eichen. Die Vermieterin hat uns herzlich empfangen, alles nötige erklärt und gute Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. kleines Bad

Eine wunderschöne Region

Die Ferienwohnung hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Mehr als störend war nur, dass fast die ganze Woche direkt vor der Einfahrt äusserst lärmende Straßenbauarbeiten durchgeführt wurden, so dass der Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse alles andere als ein Genuss war. Von dieser Maßnahme wurden wir im Vorfeld nicht informiert! Die Gastgeberin wußte angeblich nichts davon.

Schöne Aussicht

Wunderschön bis auf das Wetter. Allerdings könnte die Matratze vom Bett ausgetauscht werden. Gefühlt wie ein Wasserbett(wenn der Partner sich umdreht und quietscht sehr stark. )Ansonsten können wir die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.Sehr gepflegte Einrichtung
