This place was beautiful on the inside and out. We had to go get paper towels and trash bags from in town because there were none, & one of the lowest level windows is stuck, so no one slept in that room. Other than that, the other rooms were large enough to house our group of 7 adults. Big windows in the main area had a beautiful view of the land. The checkout process was unclear in their guest book and on this listing. It is a requirement to bring the trash in your vehicle in to town. To us it seemed optional until we were notified less than 12 hrs before check out that it wasn’t. For that reason I give this place 4 out of 5

The stay was awesome! The dryer doesn't dry well. Other than that everything was great. Beautiful property!!!!! Kitchen is fantastic! Loved having enough space to cook!

First, the home is beautiful. The location is fantastic. Easy access to Hatch (Outlaw Saloon and Coffee), Panguitch (groceries) and Bryce Canyon. The view out the panoramic window is awesome. The rooms and bathrooms were well appointed and worked for our family so well.A few small things the property management team could address... The kitchen is really well appointed. Top notch appliances. But the pans are just hammered. I would really recommend having the dryer vent professionally cleaned. We tried drying towels - hours. Cleaned out under the lint trap and filled the vacuum canister with compacted lint.Some of the bedding was soiled. Not the sheets.The theater room is so good - but the DVD player wouldn't load any discs and the display from the player through the receiver to the projector was flaky. The cabling was a mess. What a cool feature to have though. The silver grill is hammered. You might want to have your cleaning crew clean the grill grates and diffusers in both.Overall - man, we loved our stay. If we could, we'd love to stay again.

The property is beautiful with stunning views and the amenities are exactly as described. Very family friendly and a nice layout. We had an age range from 5-18 plus the adults - everyone really enjoyed the property and location. There are lots of things there and nearby to keep everyone occupied and entertained. I gave it 4 stars because there were a few things that needed attention: my kids found cigarettes under the bunk beds (I removed the ones I could reach but there are still some under there along the back wall) and the shower drain in the master was draining really slowly so the bottom filled with water while you showered. Nothing we couldn’t live with but just little things that need maintenance. Easy fixes. Other than that the things I mentioned it was very clean. We would love to stay here again!
