Disliked: Property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Mattress was as hard as a rock. I had a terrible backache when checking out. Mosquitoes and huge ants crawling everywhere disturbing our sleep after long hours of riding journey. Aircon was not functioning well too. Not recommended to stay here at all.

I book for 3 days and 2 night. But i only stay for 1night due to so far from town. No transportation and shop to breakfast, lunch and dinner. Need to call Tuk Tuk to pick up and send back to the resort and the charges is to expensive. Can I claim back my money for the 1night. I request from the owner the resort but they ask me to claim from Expedia.I hope you consider to my requeat about the redund
