Perfect house in delightful position and location
We really enjoyed ourselves - the house looked lovely and was very good to spend time in - comfortable in all respects and everything worked very well - extremely well equipped, also. The position in Bewerley, five minutes walk up the hill from Pateley Bridge with all its (many!) amenities was a real bonus - it was great not needing to use the car for every single journey. Finally, the views from the house were delightful in themselves: to front, on to the Bewerley village green, which happened to have cherry trees in blossom (lucky us!); to rear, across meadows, with sheep, to the other side of Nidderdale. Although we have spent a great deal of time in the Yorkshire Dales, this was our first visit to Niddlerdale, which is quite different and special. We loved it and hope to return.
