We had a wonderful family vacation and didn't want to leave! The cottage was lovely, comfortable, had everything we needed and with picture perfect views. Hosts were easy to communicate with and left nice touches to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend and we will be back. Thank you!

Beautiful Property

Our family of ten had the best week at this cottage. Communication with the owners was quick and responsive, even before we booked. Cottage was immaculate and the layout provided both indoor and outdoor spaces for relaxing, playing games and just being together. The cottage was well equipped for making meals. We loved that the property included kayaks and a paddleboard and the kids loved fishing off the dock. We appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout and will definitely book again if returning to Budd Lake.

Will come back again! Personal touches were great! Location was great! Accommodations were great! Could not have asked for better communication. Jill was amazing with questions and recommendations and assistance. I should have booked a longer stay. Lesson learned!

Perfect house for large family

We really enjoyed our stay with my adult children and 3 small grandchildren. The setup was ideal to provide some quiet and privacy for the different families. It was especially nice to have the upstairs for quiet time for our 3 month old baby. We found everything we needed for our stay and the home is very close to stores. The beach was perfect as were the decks where we enjoyed outdoor dining in the evenings. We look forward to coming back again soon.

Perfect Getaway

We booked for the second year in a row because this house is perfect for our needs. Plenty of space, the perfect amount of bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and it’s on the water with a beach area for the kids. We ordered pizza from a local restaurant that was suggested in the welcome binder, and OMG-So good! Communication with the host is fast and easy. We will be booking again and we can’t wait!

Beautiful lakefront cottage

Our family rented out both the top and bottom portion and it was the perfect rental for our week long vacation at the lake! The owners were extremely responsive and the cottage had everything we needed!

Great Location & Amenities

The location was super convenient for how close it was to the main road for groceries, restaurants, and visiting family. The views are incredible on both floors. I love that the lake has quiet hours in the morning and afternoon. We had several fire to roast hot dogs and make s'mores. And we went kayaking around the lake. Tons of amenities on the property, would definitely stay here again!

So relaxing

Our family owns a small cottage on Budd Lake, so we’ve been visiting Harrison for years. This year, our cottage was already booked with extended family, and we wanted to travel with cousins, so we found this rental. It was great….big enough for our 2 families with plenty of space to spread out. The private beach and the views were wonderful! So thankful we found this!

Perfect Cottage on Beautiful lake

This was our second year staying at the cottage and once again we had an absolute blast. The host provided everything as indicated Plus stuff on top of that. There's literally everything you need there to relax and spend quality time with your family.

Absolutely amazing home and was right on the water.The house was fully stocked with everything we needed.Would highly recommend staying here.The kids loved the little beach area.Caught lots of fish as well! Loved loved loved it!

Lakeside

Without going on and on, we can usually find something to suggest be improved, but this cottage and our stay was wonderful. The property managers made us feel like family, property was clean and beautiful and well stocked with all you need and surprise provisions that you did not expect!! We are so thankful for our time spent there and grateful for the caring, professional way that the property is managed. These people really do it right!! And I didn't even mention the views WOW

Beautiful Lake cottage with incredible Lakeview and Lake access.

Amazing experience and Wonderful time at this property on Bud lake. Host was very responsive and went above and beyond for us since the day we booked the cabin. Cabin was decked out with all the accessories and things we needed to be comfy and utilize the property. Boat dock for boat,three kayaks, paddle board and double fire pits. One of the best things about the lake was they have a no wake period from 7 pm to 11 a.m. that allows you to get the best of kayaking and nature everyday without the chaos of heave lake traffiuc. literally got to swim and kayak with a pair of loons every day on the way to the island. The cabin was set up to have two different living spaces but both are large enough to hang out in or split up to relax or get some space. And last but not least the view is unforgettable from the cabin on both levels and from both deck areas. Highly recommended place to stay and once again host was amazing. We will be returning no doubt about it!!!
