Alles war sehr schön und in Ordnung.

Alles war sehr schön und in Ordnung.Wir hatten aber Probleme bei der Ankunft, da wir das Haustürschloss nicht öffnen konnten. Das Türschloss war defekt und ließ sich nicht aufschließen. Das war sicherlich schon vorher bekannt, da im Haus eine W 5-Ölspraydose stand, die fast leer war. Positiv war aber, dass am Montag gleich ein Mechaniker kam und das Türschloss gewechselt hat. Meine Freundin und ich haben auch gleich unseren nächsten Urlaub bei Novasol gebucht. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre noch, dass die Verfahrensweise der Endabrechnung klarer kommuniziert werden würde.

Sehr nettes Haus, gemütlich und es ist alles da was man braucht.Die Lage ist hervorragend, man ist wirklich in ein paar Metern nach überklimmen der Düne am herrlichen Strand. Der Schließzylinder der Haustüre hat ziemlich geklemmt, mit entsprechender Menge WD40 ging es dann leidlich. Sollte aber besser repariert werden.Ansonsten hatten wir dort einen sehr schönen, ruhigen Urlaub.
