August 9 - 16Extended family reunion. 18 adults and 2 children staying in 4 cabins on the property. Plenty of rooms and beds for all to sleep comfortably. Well equiped kitchens. Limited kitchen facilities in club house, however we had most of our group meals in Eagle Manor. Lots of activities for all ages between 2 pools and game lodge.A note to baby boomers - found out the site of the 1969 Woodstock Music Festival is only a 1 hour drive in Bethal,NY. Interesting museum there with artifacts and photos and videos from the festival. Very nostalgic if you're a boomer. Manager very helpful and responsive to questions. Would highly recommend.

Great site for 3-generation family stay

Our large, 3-generation, family of 22 (ages 4-84) recently stayed at Coyote Ridge Estates for a week. It was an excellent choice as there was plenty of space for everyone to be together or to get some privacy/quiet if needed. The clubhouse appealed to "children" of all ages and both Leah and Randy were so responsive by text to any concerns that arose during our stay. We went with one of Leah's suggestions for catering for 2 different nights and were not disappointed - would definitely use Marilu's Catering again if we are here in the future. Kitchens were well-stocked with some essentials and plenty of dishes and cookware; there were also PLENTY of pool towels available. We ate most meals out back on the spacious patio and enjoyed the nearby Delaware River twice for kayaking trips. Thank you, Leah, for providing a space where we could enjoy precious time together with family!

The Perfect Family (re)Union Location

My wife and I booked this property to host not only our wedding, but also to bring together many of our far-flung friends and family for some fellowship time together. This location has all of the perfect amenities, great for big groups to spend time together and opportunities for smaller groups to do their own activities. The decor and style of the houses on site were beautiful and really fit what we were looking for. The patio behind Eagle Manor was a great place for our ceremony and the Clubhouse accommodated our reception so well! We highly recommend this property!

Better than the listing itself!

When we pulled up to this beautiful property, it was even more stunning than the photos showed - and they were beautiful! The property was clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cookware. Definitely our favorite property we’ve ever rented! An abundance of space and activities, and they were ready for us to come and enjoy without worry. Tons of pool towels, seating, temperature control, everything. I can’t speak highly enough and we WILL be planning family/friend trips to come back to relive our beautiful weekend. Six stars would be more appropriate!

Perfect Getaway Destination

Family weekend

My family got together on this awesome property for a reunion weekend. My aunt at one point said the photos really don’t do it justice. Perfect for children of ALL ages, a multitude of amenities and games were available so leaving the property really wasn’t necessary. Cabins were clean and spacious for all. Will be back!

Annual New Years celebration

We have a group of 25 that have been celebrating New Year’s together for the past 30 years. This worked great as everyone had their own bedroom and there was plenty to do on-site. The clubhouse and pool were enjoyed by all! We look forward to staying there again next year.

The most epic experience of our lives!

We had an absolute BLAST at this house!!!! Honestly, the pictures did not do it justice. The beautiful views around, waking up to morning fog, the amount of sprawling space across all 4 properties. I can’t say enough great things. It was so clean and had everything we needed. We WILL be back!

My extended family has been gathering together somewhere each summer for the last 30+ years. This year we chose this property. It was a great venue for us. The big pool was the main draw as always and having the cover was wonderful in the rain. The lodges were clean and welcoming and accommodated our crowd well. There were two issues we encountered but the Leah was easy to reach and had the property manager working on them promptly. Overall excellent property.

The Best Experience

For the past 10 years our college campus ministry have treated our leadership team to weekend getaways thanking them for their volunteer work. Of all the locations we have traveled and lodged, hands down this was the best experience. Timeliness, cleaning crew on site hours before arrival ensuring you that they care about your stay. From the service of Leah to the beautiful accommodations we fell in love with our stay and would highly recommend other groups to consider spending a weekend.

Great property for large group

30 members of my family stayed at the property for a reunion. The four homes and bedroom configurations suited the various families, some couples, some families with young children, etc. The pool was great. The kitchen large and well-appointed. The only issue we had was that with that many people, we produced a lot of garbage and the garbage receptacle was a long walk down a big hill from the main house.

We had the BEST experience!! Leah was extremely helpful!! It has great amenities if ur looking to stay and enjoy each others company without having to entertain anybody. There’s a great playroom with tons of toys for the babies and toddlers , loads of activities for teens and adults and a great pool to swim or just sunbathe!!! Would definitely consider going again!! The only issue we had were the mattress es, it’s not so comfortable….

Amazing stay with a group

I can't say enough great things about our stay here. First, Leah the property owner was so accommodating and quick to respond to anything we asked. All 3 houses plus the clubhouse was great. Everything was clean and comfortable. The clubhouse was a hit. There was all kind of games to play for all ages. The pool was amazing. When we was staying there it was a snow storm and the pool was still warm and enjoyable to get in. We stayed with 27 people and everyone truly enjoyed themselves. I will definitely be going back in the summer months.

Great weekend with friends

The property was perfect for a weekend getaway with friends. All three houses were spotless and in great condition. The main house was great as the daytime homebase and it was a huge plus to have the clubhouse where people could hang out later without disturbing those that wanted to sleep. Pool and Hot tub got solid use even in 30 degree weather. Great property and Leah had multiple suggestions for local catering. Very responsive host....Thanks, Leah! Will def be back!

Autumn Getaway

The property was beautiful, with autumn colors flourishing all around. Everything worked great, so much to do in the pool and in the clubhouse. Everyone had their own bed. One of the houses had some weird wiring/non-standard electrical situations, but nothing we couldn't deal with during the trip.

Annual Family Getaway

Overall our stay was fabulous!! The homes are gorgeous and clean! Lots of activities to keep everyone entertained. The pool was a big hit! The property manager was super nice and very quick to respond. I would definitely recommend to others looking for a rental for a large group!
