The Space:
Perfect for family gatherings!
This beautiful Hamptons home is situated on Shinnecock Bay, famed for its fishing and clamming. You’ll have access to a private boat ramp as well as 4 kayaks. Sunrises from the spacious deck overlooking the water are gorgeous, and even better with a cappuccino in hand from the Breville espresso machine found in the chef’s kitchen.
Inside you’ll find a kitchen with upgraded Italian appliances and all the amenities needed to cook an amazing meal for family and friends. Upstairs are 2 spacious bedrooms with plush queen beds, closets, and chest of drawers in the master as well as a smart TV. Full bath upstairs situated between the two bedrooms.
Also upstairs is a large, comfortable living room with several seating areas and ample room for a movie night or just playing games and catching up with gathered loved ones. A crackling fireplace makes for cozy vibes in the cooler months.
Downstairs you’ll find a bunk room with 2 full beds and 4 twin beds. This room also has a smart TV. The downstairs bathroom is newly renovated with a claw foot soaking tub and cedar ceilings.
The home is minutes away from some of the world’s most beautiful beaches, acclaimed restaurants, and enchanting Southampton shopping. Reach out with any special requests, we are typically happy to accommodate!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is amazing….it’s so quiet and relaxing. Carrie answered any questions quickly. The newly renovated 2nd bathroom was a great addition to the house.

The waterfront in the Hamptons property was perfect for our family to get away for an extended weekend. Everyone enjoyed the kayaks and beautiful water views. We were able to have family meals together and share lots of laughs. You will feel at home here. The host Carrie was easy to communicate with and we would highly recommend this property.

Hampton Bays Getaway
This property is absolutely beautiful and love the location. Pushed off the street with a beautiful driveway to provide extra privacy. Access to the Water straight from the backyard. Onsight water activities equipment. One thing I must say is how beautiful the kitchen is with the wide windows providing a beautifully view if the bay as you dine. Check in process was very easy and Carrie was an amazing host as she was always avaliable if we needed something and was very easy to communicate with.
