I haven't stayed at No 1 for a few years and was pleasantly surpised. Rennovated in light colours and our room was perfectly clean. Linen and pillows good quality. Liked the choice of ceiling fan and or aircon. Excellent water pressure which can be hit or miss in Cambridge. My only dislike is that you cannnot open the windows to allow for a nautural breeze and airing of the room.

No 1 motel was easy to find, staff was helpfully. Accommodation was basic but comfortable and everything we needed. Had good selection of cereals and bread for breakfast with spreads.

Although the exterior looks a little rough and the room was small, the room was spotless, the beds and pillows were super comfie. I expected a lot of traffic noise due to the room facing the Main Street, but it was actually very quiet. I was pleasantly surprised and it was perfect for an affordable and quick one night stay

Stay was fine for one night. Felt accomodation was a backpackers not a motel. Didn't know enough about the place when I booked. Very central to everything which was great. Best part of the stay was the best shower we had while being away. Probably wouldn’t stay again but only because of our needs.
