The check-in process was too long. And then when we got to our room, we Americans were not familiar with the ‘key in the slot for full electrical services.’ It would have been more professional to have been told that before going to our room. Food was great!

Disappointing Stay, Not as website photos

The photos on the site are misleading, the room i was given 'standard queen' was tiny and nothing like the photos shown for that room grade, even tho the room was booked as a single person I would have thought the room would have been provided with a double quilt, instead I was greeted with a single pillow and a single quilt placed on top of the bed. Think dust found on top and behind the TV, also HDMI connections didn't work so was unable to use the TV as a screen for my laptop. There is only one English speaking channel, showing only stocks and shares 24/7 so be warned international channels doesn't cover British/USA channels. The bathroom is so small you are unable to enter the bathroom and close the door to use the bathroom without having to enter the shower. I was only staying 2 nights so didn't see the point in complaining. Don't be fooled by the photos of the sauna, it doesn't exist in the hotel anymore. Pictures must have been taken a while ago, the hotel seems tired, in need of a revamp, plaster fallen off the wall in places, Food was ok for the breakfast tho again doesn't look as good as the photos implied. Certainly won't
