Nie wieder!!

Direkt an einer Hauptstraße und gegenüber des Hauptbahnhof gelegen, befand sich das kleine Zimmer. Auf der vergeblichen Suche nach einer Fernbedienung fand ich unter dem Bett neben Staub ein gebrauchtes Zahnseidestäbchen :-( Auf meinen Anruf hin, mir doch eine Ersatz-FB für den Fernseher zu bringen, gab man mir zur Antwort, ich solle doch zur Rezeption gehen und mir eine holen, wenn die überhaupt vorrätig sei. Ich kann dieses Hotel aufgrund meiner gemachten Erfahrung nicht empfehlen und hatte einen sehr schrecklichen Aufenthalt.

Ok, but to expensive for this room.

Positiv: - Schallisolierte Fenster! (Selbst vom Bahnhof bekommt man NICHTS mit. Sehr ruhig im Raum) - Kühlschrank Negativ: - Bad riecht stark nach kaltem Rauch - Mikrowelle unvollständig (der Glasdrehteller fehlte, sodass man seinen Teller nicht ordentlich in die Mikrowelle stellen konnte) - Großer, leerer Raum (die Buchung des nächst besseren Zimmers hat sich nicht gelohnt. Er war zwar größer, aber es wirkt einfach nur wie ein großer, leerer Raum. Keine Deko, etc. Alles steht am Rand und man kommt sie sehr verloren vor)

Nice hotel close to shopping and a train station

The hotel is nice and quiet with a comfortable bed and a little kitchen. Everything was clean and in good shape. There is a shopping center close by with a grocery store and other shops. The hotel is right next to a train station, where there are lots of trains, that will take you to Hamburg central station in about 15 minutes. All though the trains are near by, you don't hear them in the hotel room, when the window is closed. Check in and check out is self service, but it's very easy, and the staff in the restaurant can help you, if you are having troubles. Cleaning is every third day. The cleaning person came at 9.30, which was a bit too early for me. I prefer, that cleaning happens after I leave for sightseing. I just told him to come back later though, which he did, so it wasn't a big problem. Just a little annoying. All in all I was pleased with my stay and will definitely recommend to stay here.
