Very clean hotel, lovely room and close to the places we needed to be close to! Receptionist was incredibly friendly and accomdating. Would definitely stay there again.

We were so lucky to have met the most lovely concierge who made our check in process the best. He was so accommodating and helpful. The room was very clean and cute. Great location to walk to the train station so you can get anywhere. Also a cute downtown nearby with lots of great food options for a quick snack. Would stay here again, definitely recommend!

The staff kept ringing from reception and hanging up from 10am onwards as it was obvious that they wanted to clean the room. Checkout was at 12pm, so we were by all means in our rights to still be using the room. We had a late one the night before and the constant ringing and trying the door was so so annoying.

Hotel was next to the railway station, so was easy to find and very much within walking distance; however I was not affected by any noise or disturbance from the station. The underground system was in the same station, so getting around Hamburg was very convenient. Staff were very helpful and friendly and professional.

Nice small hotel very close to Altona Station

This is a nice small hotel just 100 meters from Altona Station where all of Hamburg's transit connects, and Altona's cafes and shopping are a few steps further. Our room was large and comfortable with a comfy bed, sitting area, desk for working and fast wifi. There is coffee making and refrig, too. Two options are available for breakfast - small one with pastries and coffee and a big buffet with lots of choices. Both are yummy. The staff are friendly and helpful.. We enjoyed our stay!

The room was smallish but very clean and definitely adequate. Given the price of hotels in Hamburg it was excellent value for money. It was also a good location for transport links to the airport and for travelling around Hamburg. It was close to the rail, tube and bus stations.

Tiny rooms. No lifts. Great location. Clean

Very small room. Even smaller bathroom. No lifts so you’ll have to haul your bags up the stairs. Reception is at the hotel next door. Friendly staff. Wifi not good. We didn’t have breakfast.

Lack of air conditioning and being so close to the rail station, meaning that the noise from an open window was undesirable, made for a warm and uncomfortable stay. For the money; I would have expected air conditioning as standard and would have managed to get some sleep over the two nights.

Our best stay in hotel

Is the best 2,5 star hotel that you can imagine.Should be 4 star for sure. Best location,quite and cozy next of S-bahn station ,very close to the famous fishmarket ,only some minutes walking. The hotel is very clean the breakfast fantastic and the staff very helpfull and kind and they helped us a lot for tips where to go.All day, they have in the reseption christmans sweets and to the lobby free coffee and tea. We will recommend to all friends that they will go to Hamburg city.
