Thanks to the large windows, an incredible amount of light enters the room, which enhances the friendly flair. The open, partially covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue is the perfect place to enjoy a barbecue or a delicious breakfast. You can also take a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool and relax in the sauna. The pool is heated by the sun and is usually the same temperature as the sea water.



The beach is just 1 km away, where you can stroll, swim or fly a kite. Towards the town of Hals you can also reach the nearest fishing and shopping facilities, as well as a mini-golf course, an indoor pad or a tennis court. The mild coast welcomes all guests who want to enjoy the beach life here, where the Kattegat shows its friendliest side. The area near Hals and Hou is ideal for children of all ages to enjoy the 8 km of white sandy beach without any traffic. Der sanitäre Bereich ist nicht in Ordnung. Das Wasser beim Duschen läuft nur ganz langsam ab so daß nach jedem Duschvorhang das ganze Bad unter Wasser steht. Das trotz sehr geringen Wasserdruck. Dusch und Waschamaturen müssen mal erneuert werden. Einmal pro Woche sollte jemand vorbei kommen und nach dem rechten schauen, das ist nicht geschehen. Der Pool verfärbte sich langsam ins Grüne. Die vielen Möglichkeiten um sich zu beschäftigen machen den Aufenthalt allerdings sehr angenehm. Dennoch müssten draußen auch mal paar Dinge erneuert werden, die Liegen haben mittlerweile schon den Schatten von den Vormietern übernommen. Die Dartpfeile müssen erneuert werden. Das Inventar der Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Da kein SAT - Empfang, ist das TV in deutsch nur per Internet möglich und daher sehr begrenzt. Das Reinigungspersonal hat am Anreisetag ihrer Arbeit erst um 15:20 Uhr begonnen, das haben wir mitbekommen da wir zur gleichen Zeit angekommen waren, dem entsprechend war die Wohnung nur ungenügend gereinigt ( Fußboden nicht gewischt, Spiegel und Fenster beschmiert, Geschirrspüler nicht ausgeräumt, im Bad stand das Wasser bis unterm WC )

Schöner Urlaub mit Familie – doch leider nicht im sauberen Haus

Wir haben mit 6 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind zwei Wochen in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Lage ist schön ruhig, mitten im Grünen. Man ist für sich, kann aber in ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß den Hafen oder die Stadt erreichen. Der Garten ist groß, die Terrasse mit Grill lädt zum Verweilen ein. Auch die Ausstattung war gut: Pool, Whirlpool, Kicker, Darts, Airhockey – ideal für Familien.Leider war die Sauberkeit bei Ankunft eine Zumutung. Überall Hundehaare – in Betten, auf dem Boden, selbst im Pool. Wir mussten das gesamte Haus erst selbst putzen, bevor wir uns einrichten konnten. Ohne eigenes Bettzeug hätten wir nicht schlafen wollen. Auch im Pool lag viel Schmutz, er wurde nach einigen Tagen grünlich. Obwohl jemand zur Wartung kam, änderte sich nichts. Die Abzugshaube in der Küche tropfte dauerhaft eine braune, fettige Flüssigkeit – auch nach mehrfacher Reinigung.Der zusätzliche Schlafraum im Saunabereich war unbrauchbar: starker Geruch, schmutziges Bett, insgesamt nicht zumutbar. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt insgesamt ungepflegt. Die Reaktion des Vermieters auf unsere Hinweise kam erst nach einer Woche – man schlug uns vor, Putzmittel selbst zu kaufen und die Kosten einzureichen.Auch der Stromverbrauch war höher als erwartet (30–50 kWh pro Tag), was zu spürbaren Zusatzkosten führte. Fliegengitter fehlen komplett – bei der Lage im Grünen ein echtes Problem.Fazit: Tolle Lage und Ausstattung, aber leider große Mängel bei Sauberkeit, Pflege und Service.

Tolles Haus mit Mängeln

An sich hatten wir ein schönes Haus vorgefunden. Die Abwicklung war jedoch leider nicht wirklich gut gelöst: - Das Türschloss hat nur mit Spezial Trick funktioniert, der erst nach ein paar Tagen verraten wurde. Das hätte auch gleich in der Willkommensmail stehen können. - die Außenküche, Grill, Sitzgelegenheiten, Abzugshaube waren leider dreckig - Der Geschirrspüler war leider nicht ausgeräumt und dreckig - Es gibt auch jetzt im Nachhinein keine Erklärungen zur Stromabrechnung. - es gab vor Ort keinen Ansprechpartner, Bettwäsche und Handtücher mussten aus einer Plastik Box abgeholt werden. - Das vierte Zimmer befindet sich nur von der Terasse zugänglich nicht direkt „im“ Haus. - Nicht alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über Schränke - Der Kamin war leider auch nicht sauber und noch mit Asche vollgestopft Die Gegend ist toll und das Haus ruhig gelegen. Mit dem Rad sind es ca 10 Minuten bis zum Supermarkt und Jachthafen inklusive Strand
