Unsafe, 15 min away from the location on the map, a complete dump

Power inside and out wouldn't stay on. Stairs are a a death trap. Ceiling in kitchen is falling down. Stinks. Laundry is 2 rusty machines outside next to the stairs. Area is full of barking dogs. We left after 2 minutes, stayed at the hilton. Place is a dump!!!
