This home makes a great place to entertain or wind down after a long day on the trails or slopes! 20 mins to Beaver Creek, 30 mins to Vail, Within an hour and a half to Aspen, Breckenridge, Copper and Keystone. This home 3 minutes to river access and world class fishing! 5 minutes to a ton of hiking, mountain biking, and OHV trails. Located within 30 minutes to everything in the Vail valley and Glenwood spring! You can enjoy the full recreation center located across the street with a full gym, steam room, hot tub, lap pool, lazy river and water slides!( **Mountain Recreation entry fees apply, we offer 1 complementary entry for up to 6 people per stay). No need to trailer in you can drive your side by side or dirt bikes straight to the trails!
*Property has a caretaker house located in the back corner of the yard with a single tenant in it.

We had a great stay here over New Year’s with multiple families. The home was clean, comfortable, and worked very well for our group.There were a couple of minor issues at the start of our stay, but the host was exceptional — extremely responsive, professional, and quick to make things right. She went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of, which made a huge difference in our experience.We truly appreciated the excellent communication and care, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in Gypsum! The house was large enough for our family of 14. We enjoyed cooking family meals each night. And we were cozy and well accommodated. Our host took care of everything we needed and was very helpful. This area of Colorado is beautiful. We enjoyed many hikes, Vail, golfing, fishing and boating at Sylvan Lake. Thanks for everything!

Great house for a group in Vail Valley

This house was awesome for our group of 9. Plenty of beds, super comfy living spaces, and room to cook big meals in the kitchen. Everything was well appointed and comfortable. I’d come back here again for sure!
