This home 3 minutes to river access and world class fishing! 5 minutes to a ton of hiking, mountain biking, and OHV trails. Located within 30 minutes to everything in the Vail valley and Glenwood spring! You can enjoy the full recreation center located across the street with a full gym, steam room, hot tub, lap pool, lazy river and water slides! No need to trailer in you can drive your side by side or dirt bikes straight to the trails!
*This property has a 1 bedroom lock off basment unit with a separate entrance that can be rented with this house for an additional $150 a night or can be booked separately.

Great house for a group in Vail Valley

This house was awesome for our group of 9. Plenty of beds, super comfy living spaces, and room to cook big meals in the kitchen. Everything was well appointed and comfortable. I’d come back here again for sure!
