Dirty and noisy

Noisy dogs outside barked and fought all night, made it difficult to sleep. Dirty floors in room, with timber floors covered in dust and footprints. No toilet paper, dirt stained towels.

Was in a central part of Gurgaon, Dehli and shops and hospitals were accessible by foot. The hotel staff were lovely and they went above and beyond to make my monthly stay enjoyable. The dining room staff (Pinky, Neema, Pradeep and Jasmine) were so lovely and in reception (Aastha, Kapil, Banti) very helpful. Room service was great but sometimes they could not provide the options that I wanted. But this was not a worry as they have Haldirams and Starbucks next door. The hotel needed a little more work done to it, but the room were spacious, comfortable and I was happy to stay and reccomend.

Hotel is good if adjust with story

Hotel is at bright location and accessible to most of good area. Food was very yummy. Issue was like bathroom is like railway coach, door was rediculous which was not at all able to close. But we are lucky at one time it was closed but later it was not able to open. I called House keeping staff to open the same. System generated check out was wrong. Garbage from Corridor was not removed upto 2-3 days. Only crockery was removed. So can understand the situation.
