Wall Street se encuentra más cerca del Golfo que todas las casas cercanas, dándole un ambiente muy privado y apartado. Muchos de nuestros huéspedes continúan alquilando Wall Street debido a esta gran característica.

En el interior encontrará la sala de estar principal, la cocina, el comedor y la sala de estar, todas directamente frente a la playa. Las vistas y sonidos del Golfo literalmente llenan todo este espacio. La cocina fue remodelada en el invierno de 2009 con nuevos muebles para la sala de estar en 2012.

El dormitorio principal se encuentra en el segundo piso tiene una cama queen y baño privado completo. Estas son las únicas habitaciones en el segundo piso que le dan amplia privacidad. Los otros dos dormitorios están abajo y ambos tienen camas queen. También ofrecemos un colchón hinchable de tamaño queen para acomodar a un huésped para que duerma en la sala de estar.

Wall Street también tiene acceso a la piscina frente a la playa que sirve a las otras tres casas frente a la playa que tenemos al lado.

Esta casa está al lado de Wings of Eagles y durante años Steve Harris había intentado convencer al propietario de que le vendiera la propiedad, pero no quiso separarse de ella. En 1989, el propietario de Wall Street, la casa aún no se nombraba en este momento, llegó a Steve después de haber tenido un año particularmente difícil en el mercado de valores. El propietario necesitaba fondos y le vendió la casa a Steve. Fittingly Steve nombró a la casa Wall Street.

Loved this house the most!

Loved this house the most from all our years renting beach houses! It is the closest to the beach - basically ON the beach. Had a great time crab hunting and playing in the ocean.

The location and proximity to the beach is unmatched. The check in/out process was easy and communication with the property manager was great via text. The description of the house mentions “newly renovated” however I think it has been quite a while (or it’s seen many guests) since the interior has been painted or redone. I was able to leave my review with the property manager via text and my concerns were well received. I would recommend this location if you want private, immediate beach access as well as a good size pool close by. Also dog friendly which is always a plus! The property management is also really great!

This is our second stay at this property. Fall Break is an excellent time to go. It’s the house closest to the ocean. The management was very responsive to questions prior to visit and during checkin. They checked on us via text a few times too. We will be back.

Wonderful Time!

My stay at Wall Street can be summed up in one word: wonderful! This sweet home allowed us to just relax and enjoy the wonderful scenery and be with family. Upon entering, you feel like you are at your family's beach house. Immediately we felt at home and comfortable. The views are just breathtaking and even with bad weather we had such a special time. Thank you!!!!

Family vacation, had a great time. Weather was a little uncooperative, but still an awesome stay. Only thing that I suggest is to watch out parking, we arrived after dark and there were no markers/barricades saying where to park at by Wall Street. Actually spent a little time digging and pushing our vehicle out of the sand(it will be a hilarious story to be retold time and time again). The sunrises and sunsets were AMAZING, saw dolphins too!!! Can't wait to go back

Quality beach time!

We had a great stay at Wall Street. No, it’s not the biggest or greatest home you’ll stay in. But it has all you need for your stay on the beach. And we pleasantly surprised to discover the home has been updated since the photos we saw in the listing. The real draw of course is that this home is right on the beach, so you can wake up and take in the view on the porch while sipping coffee, or watch the kids play while sitting in comfort. Loved the privacy, loved the beach, and therefore loved the home. All that and Harris Property was super responsive when we addressed one small maintenance issue. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider returning.

Location rocks

The house was as advertised. Communication from the property manager was the best I’ve experienced in 20 years of renting in the gulf coast. This particular property is older but refreshed. It is literally on the beach, not “steps away” or “a short walk”. You are just there. Fort Morgan is secluded and quiet, not the rush of Gulf Shores proper-just the way I like it. This house was very clean. We had three dads and three boys there for a fishing trip and it suited us very well. They also have several neighboring properties that share the pool if you have a larger group.

Property is excellent, location very good. Check in process was a nightmare. Code did not work

Check in code did not work. Had to call 3 times to get someone to come let us in. We sat in the rain for almost 2 hours. I would suggest having some coffee pods and sugar/creamer packs with the complimentary items. We arrived late 8pm and didn’t stop (thank goodness) at grocery. So didn’t have coffee on our first morning ….. Beach was amazing the updates made are adorable. Beautiful house. Would go back again

We just arrived today. We were greeted with roaches, a dirty, run down house, blood on the "clean" pillowcases, a toilet in the master bathroom that isn't attached to the floor. We are very disappointed in the house. The views are beautiful but the house is not.

Nice View, Nice Fishing and good spot!

I was a terrific house that had all the things we needed. My wife surprised me for my 30th birthday and my sons 1st birthday. We made the drive from Chicago and were really excited to be on the Gulf. The house stands alone and is really the closed house to the water for as far as the eye can see. Its hard with a one year old but I was able to sit with the dog and do some fishing while the wife and my son watched from the deck. I would really recommend bringing all the provisions that you would need because town is about a 25 min. drive. THe only complaint that I have is my ENTIRE body was covered in bug bites. I tried to sleep in every bedroom in the house but they still got me.

Great location on the beach

The beach house is wonderful except for the fact that it needs a good cleaning. The ceiling fans were half an inch thick with dust. Also, we had to go out and purchase pots and pans because the ones there were useless. They had one good pot for a crab boil of sorts and nothing more. Electrical outlet covers broken. A plant on the back deck looked like it had been there since the 80’s. It would be a wonderful place if someone would put some effort into keeping it up. I can assure you that they need new cleaning crew if they call the place clean. We spent the first day cleaning ourselves before we could even enjoy it. They proximity to the beach was awesome though, so a lot could be overlooked. In the end I would consider staying at Wall Street again. We did leave the pots and pan set that we purchased for the next group, so at least they have something decent to cook in. We usually stay in a larger home, but decided on this one since it was just us this time. I loved, loved the deck! It was awesome. The pool was great to have when the tide was too high to enjoy the ocean. Everything for the most part was great.

Perfect location, steps from the beach!

Location is perfect. Property needs some updating and repair and an end of season deep-cleaning. All in all, we enjoyed our time here and would recommend to others.

Great Spring Break Fun

Wall Street was a great house for my family. Had wonderful access to the water and the house was clean and comfortable. Loved having the big deck. Only problem we had was parking. The shared driveway was a small problem. The neighbors had 4 cars that was always blocking the drive. We ended up stuck twice. I would stay at this property again if we ever go back to Gulf Shores.

Wonderful house. Direct beach front, we felt so secluded. Deck is a bit sketchy, 2 of us got bad splinters, wear shoes on the deck but other than that it was awesome! Hated to leave, Thanks for sharing the house!
