Getting Around: For the best transportation experience, we recommend having a private car. Here are your options for reaching the property based on your starting point:
By Car: If you’re coming from Gulf Shores Parkway (AL-59), head west on State Highway 180 (Fort Morgan Road). Continue for about 6 miles until you reach the entrance to the Kiva Dunes community. Turn left onto Kiva Way and follow the road until you arrive at your home.
Public transportation options in Gulf Shores are limited, with no direct bus or train service available. However, there are taxi services and rideshare companies operating in the area for convenient travel within the city and to nearby airports.
Be sure to check for traffic updates and plan your route ahead of time, especially during peak travel periods.
Additionally, the area hosts numerous festivals, concerts, and events throughout the year, offering plenty of opportunities for entertainment and cultural experiences.
Other Things to Note: Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am. The private pool is a shared space between the Main House and the Guest House. Pool heating fees apply. We encourage guests to text us or call during their stay if they need anything or have any questions. No Pets allowed.
Free high-speed wireless WIFI (+50Mbps) access is available throughout the house, which extends into the back patio. Cable TV is available in all bedrooms and the living room.
Please leave garbage cans in the garage as our team will come by to move them to the curb on Sunday evenings (they will use a garage door opener to access the garage only to not disturb you during your stay).
Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200 fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people that will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.
The gas grill uses propane gas for your enjoyment. Please make sure you turn them off when not in use.
A 90 day notice (houses) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of the deposit. The $69 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

The houses were great and I even looked at booking for next year but it looked like the prices were going up. It was at the upper end of our budget this year so I thought I would wait. It was a little far from the beach but the shuttle worked great. We never got towels that it had said were onsite but it wasn't a problem. We just wanted to go on record that they were never there and we didn't take them.
