It was perfect! This is honestly one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in Fort Morgan. The proximity to the beach was amazing, & the owners had additional things downstairs available if we needed them such as beach chairs, wagon, floats, etc. The property manager was great, stopping by the 1st day to ensure that there were no problems. She also messaged me several times to make sure we didn’t need anything. The beach house was updated & tastefully decorated, with the colors inducing a calm environment. All of the needed amenities, crockpot included. There was plenty of parking space, no complaints here! We will be booking this again!

Wonderful stay at Dreamscape!

We love staying in the Morgantown community & this rental was perfect for just my husband & myself (& our cute little pup). There was plenty of space and if we come again, we’ll probably invite along friends or family to join us. So many dishes and cookware items to use. They kindly include two beach-ready wagons. We love the closeness to the beach without the significant price tag. Dog friendly is key for us & this space was great for us. Only a few things I’d change: most of the rentals we’ve stayed at had a small stash of cooking spices and/or sprays, but this does not. Only salt & pepper! The other thing is the thread count of the sheets in the master is more like sandpaper, so if that matters to you, maybe bring your own set! Like we said! Loved it & we’ll be back!!

Mixed Emotions

This property is stunning. Absolutely perfect beach house. Unfortunately, 4 out of 5 guests experienced feeling poorly while in the house. 3 had to leave early from this trip. The property's manager was incredibly helpful and offered the use of an ozone machine to mitigate mold. When asked if mold was an issue, 3 places where mold had previously been were listed off. The floor had multiple squishy spots under the locations mold had been mentioned. We were told the floors were being replaced at the end of the season despite them looking brand new.

Beautiful beach location

Great proximity to the beach! Best stocked kitchen of any property we’ve stayed at! Clean and welcoming home. Nice pools and safe neighborhood. We went for walks and runs in the evenings and felt very safe. The beach was clean and nice. Only thing I would mention is if you have a taller vehicle it may not fit in the under the home parking space available. We loved that the home had a hose and shower under the home to wash off the sand after the beach. The home even had some beach toys and a wagon to use during our stay! Would definitely book again!

Dreamscape

Excellent location with a wonderful front porch for enjoying morning coffee and relaxing evenings. Kitchen was very well equipped for those who like cooking and the floorplan is well suited for a couple with teens. We had a wonderful time at this property.

Great place

Very nice home. We have stayed in Morgantown before and loved the location. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Everything about the property was very nice perfect for one or two families with children. The place was also kid friendly space.

Loved our stay here

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. It was literally a 30 second walk to the beach! The house was situated on the second tier but you could still see the ocean between the front row homes. It was wonderful sitting there at night on the porch and listen to the waves crash. The house was very clean and renovated beautifully. I especially loved the ceilings in the living room! The house is further away from the main road, which is what we wanted. So it is a much quieter neighborhood. We were also closer to the ferry, so we took that opportunity to travel to Dauphin Island, which was a nice day trip. I highly recommend this house if you want close proximity to the beach and a lovely house to stay in.
