Although we won’t stay again the condo itself is nice. The rooms are very clean, air worked great & the view was beautiful. Now some of the not so good. At check in there is a $50 per car parking pass that is not listed in the original description, on top of that the guard told us we had to buy our bracelets for pool access. When we told him we were supposed to have complimentary ones in our room he said he doesn’t think so. Taking his word we purchased more. When we got to the room there were bracelets. Not once did anyone check our bracelets. The room is right next to the elevator so each day there was lots of sand & even trash outside our door. It would have been nice to have a rug to help not track sand in. There was not a dust pan (that we could find). There could be a few more, or at least larger, pots and pans & grilling supplies. There were not any extra sheets, blankets or towels. Which meant more washing. The sliding door from livingroom was incredibly hard to open & close. The swimming pool is smaller than expected & can quickly become crowded. Location is great & the beach front is nice. However, there was a group that set up water vessels such as jet skis right in front of condo. It was mostly run by what seemed to be teenagers who at times were rude, careless loading & unloading. One family that had been there hours before was made to move so they could “have that spot”. There were no signs indicating they would be set up in that area.
