The living room features plenty of comfortable seating, a TV, and access to the private balcony, the perfect spot to enjoy the tranquil golf course views. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and an adjacent dining table, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed, a TV, and direct access to the private balcony. The second bedroom features two twin size beds and a TV, providing comfortable accommodations for additional guests. Two full bathrooms, each with a shower and tub combination, add convenience for everyone. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room.

Kiva Dunes Lodge 304 combines comfort, space, and peaceful golf course views for a relaxing coastal getaway. Whether you’re enjoying one of the community pools or playing a round on the 18-hole, links-style public golf course designed by former U.S. Open champion Jerry Pate, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
