The main level features a primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bath, plus a guest bedroom with a queen bed and full/full bunk. A full bathroom and laundry room add convenience. Ocean was visible, beach was easily accessible. There were a lot of repairs that needed to be made to make this place safe. There are tiles that were TAPED to conceal the cracks. Rugs that were slippery and my child actually fell on. Grout missing, loose tile. Outdoor furniture in need of repair. Vents that were dirty with fuzz hanging from them. Simply putting in some repairs would make this place a great stay again.

The location was great! Kitchen is really well stocked with pots, pans and other things you'd expect to find/need. The door leading out to the back deck was difficult to open and close. Plenty of space for our group. The pool was dirty when we checked in, but was cleaned the following day after we notified the listing agent. I would stay here again.

We had a 50th anniversary celebration. We had 13 people-7adults and 6kids(2-10 years)We had a great time! Loved being so close to the beach—so convenient! And coming back to a pool was so refreshing! The second refrigerator in the laundry room was a terrific bonus!! We were close to many activities for our family to try. We would definitely go back!! There were a few little things that I would fix but every house has those. It was great!!
