Thanks for considering staying with A New Hope Retreat! Located on a 2100 sq ft property nestled 10 miles between 2 of the Gulf Coast's most adored beaches, the Yellow Sands room will provide a relaxing and fun place to recuperate from a day full of seeing the wonderful sites the Gulf Coast has to offer. I want to make sure your experience is enjoyable, so thoroughly read the details of the listing, and contact me with any questions you have.

Yellow Sands Room is a room in a house where myself and others may be staying. This room is separated from the rest of the house, being on the opposite side of any other bedrooms and the only upstairs room. You’ll have a private room with electronic locks and full access to all common areas and appliances. Since your room door and front door have electric locks, self check-in is super easy. You’ll be sent instructions on your reservation day and you'll have full access to all areas you are able get into!

Enjoy multiple fire pits, a picnic area, relaxing hammock, video game consoles, free coffee from our "Coffee Corner" in the fully stocked kitchen, free and fast internet, TV with Roku in your room, access to Hulu, Netflix, Apple TV+, Disney+, Nebula, Curiosity Stream, YouTube premium and more. Your door will have a code for entry for you only, so your belongings are safe in your room. Your room is stocked with high quality bedding and memory foam pillows, a mini fridge and microwave. This room can accommodate multiple air or rollaway mattresses (depending on availability) in addition to the provided full and twin memory foam mattresses. Please review our policies regarding pets and additional guests under "Things to Know". We want to make sure your time is enjoyable and your stay is as clean as possible, so we regularly clean all common areas daily. We also have many toiletries, coolers, and beach chairs for use upon availability, so please let me know if you would like any of these.

Please also allow me the opportunity to address any issues you may have during your stay before providing anything less than a 5 star review, as I am on-site and able to address most issues quickly. Also, let me know if you intend to bring a pet with you (we set up our rooms special for pet owners).

You'll have your own half bathroom, and there is a tub/shower available in another bathroom as well.

We're also happy to offer, at an additional cost, on-site car washing/detailing, paddle board rentals, and ride hailing. We look forward to your stay!

We love your pets too and don't charge a pet fee! Please note though, that we consider them guests, so please add them as a child guest to your reservation, inform of any pets coming to stay, and be aware of extra guest fees they may incur.
