Die Wohnung ist gross und hat eine Top-Lage mit Terrasse direkt am Meer. Restaurants und Geschäfte in wenigen Minuten fussläufig erreichbar. Eigener Parkplatz im Innenhof. Sehr gute Ausstattung, insbesondere auch der Küche. Vermieterin zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Verdienterweise insgesamt die maximale Punktanzahl bei der Bewertung.

Cet appartement est très agréable, la vue est imprenable sur la mer et l'entrée du port. Il est très bien agencé et permet à une famille de 5 personnes d'être parfaitement à l'aise. Un bémol : les charges ne sont pas indiquées en détail sur l'annonce et sont à régler en sus sans avoir su par avance de quelles charges il s'agissait. Sinon, tout était parfait.

séjour très agréable pour jeunes et moins jeunes

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréeable à observer l'entrée du port de pêche depuis le balcon et à jouer sur la petite plage rocheuse juste en face de la maison. Le marché, les magasins et les restaurants sont tous accessibles à pied, nous avons donc laissé la voiture dans la cour pendant la majeure partie de la semaine. L'hôte est sympathique et accueillante et vous fait sentir tout de suite chez vous.

Terrasse "Zur schönen Aussicht"

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in der originell und liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung les Etocs verbracht. Die Wohnung ist groß, lichtdurchflutet und die Küche wirklich komplett, mit viel Geschirr, Töpfen und Küchengeräten, eingerichtet. Es ist wirklich alles da was man braucht und der Blick vom Balkon ist fantastisch.Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und die Betten sehr bequem. Mme Rousseau, unsere Gastgeberin, hat uns sehr nett begrüßt und auch noch ein Plätzchen im Keller für unsere Fahrräder organisiert. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, direkt am Hafen und alle Geschäfte sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Das Auto konnten wir im umzäunten Hof parken. In der Nähe der Wohnung ist ein kleiner Strand und links und rechts des Ortes gibt es lange weiße Sandstrände. Guilvinec ist kein reiner Touristenort und für uns Landratten war das tägliche Anlegen und Ausladen der Fischerboote am Nachmittag eine sehr interessante Sache. Wenn die Fische abtransportiert werden hört man auch in der Nacht schon mal einen LKW vorbeifahren. Uns hat das aber überhaupt nicht gestört.

Nous avons passé mes enfants et moi un séjour très agréable dans une location impeccable!! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, à l écoute de leurs locataires. L appartement est lumineux, spacieux, avec une terrasse offrant une superbe vue sur l océan et le retour au port des chalutiers.... A voir absolument!!! TRES BELLE LOCATION! Je recommande!

VUE IMPRENABLE (on se croirait dans un paquebot)

Un séjour de rêve dans un appartement très confortable, fonctionnel (il ne manque rien), lumineux et très joliment décoré. Le grand balcon surplombant l’entrée du port et les baies du salon permettent de profiter d’un spectacle exceptionnel variant au rythme des marées . Ne pas manquer le retour des bateaux de pêche en fin de journée et que dire du spectacle des vagues éclatant au pied de la maison par grande marée ou par grand vent, c’est tout simplement sublime ! L’accueil de la propriétaire des lieux est chaleureux et sympathique avec un petit cadeau de bienvenue très appréciable. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Séjour très agréable . Appartement très confortable et fonctionnel avec une belle décoration. On se sent comme à la maison. Accueil convivial (cadeau d'accueil délicieux). Bonne literie et équipements plus que suffisant. Que dire de la vue et de l'emplacement : EXCEPTIONNEL ! Nous reviendrons c'est sur pour la location mais aussi pour le pays bigouden, foi de berrichons .. Bonus un super resto au pied de la location, la poissonnerie du port, le pain doux, le cidre kerne, et plein d'autres choses..

Vacances bretonnes revigorantes

La maison offre plusieurs options d'hébergement, studio ou appartement. Peu importe le choix, suivant le nombre de personnes ou de l'espace souhaité. Nous avons pu tester les deux formules, la position de cette maison est excellente. Une superbe vue sur la mer qui permet de suivre son activité avec les départs et arrivées des chalutiers. L'exposition est idéale, plein sud. On peut profiter du soleil à travers les baies vitrées ou sur la terrasse. Toujours ravis de revenir dans cet endroit typique du Finistère. Guilvinec offre énormément davantage d'abord par son emplacement avec l'activité de la pêche ( la visite de la criée s'impose), mais aussi par les possibilités de rayonner et de découvrir son environnement comme Pont l'abbé, la pointe du raz, Quimper etc... et aussi Audierne et son restaurant le Bar Breton qui cuisine chaque jeudi le fameux Kig Ha Farz. Mention spéciale au restaurant le Doris à Penmarch pour se régaler de tous les produits de la mer, homard et bien-sûr les langoustines. Enfin, la maison permet de ne pas prendre la voiture. Tout peut se faire à pied, la boulangerie et son excellent kouign amann est à deux pas et nous pouvons descendre sur la plage et démarrer directement des randonnées. Merci encore à la propriétaire pour son chaleureux accueil . Nous reviendrons encore c'est sûr !

Séjour en famille trés agréable

L'appartement est trés agréable à vivre en famille, idéale avec un enfant en bas âge. Ma fille de 17 mois s'est tout de suite sentie comme chez elle. La vue est splendide, on a l'impression de se faire chatouiller les pieds par les vagues lorsqu'on est assis dans le canapé. L'accueil de la propiétaire est chaleureux et nous avons beaucoup apprécié son cadeau de bienvenue : des langoustines et du cidre. L'appartement est bien situé à côté de la criée du Guilvinec.

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour dans un appartement haut de gamme tout à fait conforme à l'annonce : spacieux, lumineux, fonctionnel et bien décoré. Nous confirmons que l'emplacement est vraiment exceptionnel : la mer aux pieds de la maison, une mer vivante avec le spectacle permanent des chalutiers, petits bateaux, il y a toujours quelque chose à admirer ! Nous venons de passer une semaine formidable. L'appartement est super confortable, tout est conforme à l'annonce. Mention spéciale pour la salle de bain qui vient d'être rénovée. L'accueil (par la fille des propriétaires) a été très chaleureux et les petites attentions lors de notre arrivée (cidre au frais...) bien sympathiques. La vue sur l'océan et l'entrée du port est fabuleuse. Prendre l'apéro sur le balcon ensoleillé avec une pareille vue, que demander de plus en ce début avril? A ne pas manquer: se lever vers 5h du mat et assister(de l'appart) au départ des bateaux qui partent pêcher à la queue-leu-leu! Magique! Chaque année nous réservons un appartement dans ce merveilleux endroit, tous les appartements sont d'un grand confort et décorés avec beaucoup de goût. La situation est idéale: au bord de mer avec une vue imprenable sur le port, les commerces à proximité et les marchés: le dimanche matin et le mardi (uniquement en saison).

Une semaine parfaite

Accueil très chaleureux, tout à été mis à notre disposition pour notre bébé, appartement très agréable à vivre, hyper lumineux avec vue sur l'horizon et le retour de pêche des chalutiers. Grand plaisir de profiter de la terrasse au bord de l'eau. Tout confort et très très bien équipé. Nous avons passé une semaine splendide.
