Bright apartment on two floors, located in the medieval historic center of Gubbio, in a central yet quiet square. From the apartment you can enjoy a breathtaking view: on one side the Romanesque church of San Giovanni (that of Don Matteo!), on the other the Palazzo dei Consoli and on the second floor the Loggias of Piazza Quaranta Martiri. Small and cozy rooms, for a cozy home, full of books and paintings, colorful and romantic. The upper floor is perfect for children and teenagers because it is similar to a charming toy house. The bathroom is minimal, but with a view. Laptop and wi-fi workstation. Stone house, so cool in summer.
