With all the magic of a tourist fishing town happening around you you have this very elegantly decorated and spacious one bedroom apartment full of the natural light of the Caribbean, where you can enjoy a complete view of the sea, the horizon of a cosmopolitan town in the heart of development and the lush greenery that adorns it, ideal for a couple's getaway or a group of friends of 3, in a discreet, cozy and uncrowded building, with private access to walk to the beach.
Just 23 minutes from the De Las Americas airport and the beach, literally approximately 60 meters separate you. Walking through a private access where you can feel all the culture of the town, but what makes this apartment unique in addition to being discreet and cozy even in the middle of everything, is that you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea from all its spaces, large windows that allow spaces to be bathed in natural light.
Cozy, spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen integrated into the social space, air conditioning in all areas, and all the comfort you need to fully enjoy your stay.
It has a private access to the beach, pool, Jacuzzi, Gazebo. To use the BBQ you must reserve it in advance.
The place is discreet, safe and with all the services, that is why you must notify us when you are close to the vehicular access to open it, already at the accommodation we will leave a keychain with vehicle control and access key to the beach so that you can move freely .
