Hotel Canto do Atlântico is listed as a three-star hotel; however, it does not meet even the minimum standards of hospitality. In its current condition, it should not be operating, as it resembles an abandoned property. Misleading information on Orbitz: Swimming pool: The pool is abandoned, with dark green water and a strong unpleasant odor. Therefore, there is effectively no usable pool. Food & Beverage: There is no bar, beach bar, lounge bar, or restaurant operating at the hotel. Transport/Shuttle: No shuttle service is provided to the airport or to the beach. Outdoors: The hotel does not have direct beach access; it is located approximately five blocks from the beach. There is no picnic area or terrace. There is no banquet hall. There is no direct beach access. Serious problems observed at the hotel: Water quality: The water from both the tap and the shower is yellow and smells like rust. It is not suitable for bathing or brushing teeth. Swimming pool: The water is dark green and foul-smelling, making it unsafe for use. All bed linens, sheets, towels, and curtains are stained and torn. Electrical outlets are loose and coming out of the wall. The hotel sign is falling apart. Light switches, door handles, walls, and common areas are extremely dirty. Breakfast: Cockroaches were found on the plates and on the floor. Conclusion: I do NOT recommend this hotel. I would rate it zero stars if possible. This property should not be open to the public.

Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos (acredito que precisa melhor a administração do hotel) Nossa hospedagem foi no feriado de 21 de abril, ficamos no quarto 102, o quarto é grande e espaçoso isso é ótimo, o nascer do sol entrar direto no quarto, estava limpo e não tinha cheiro de mofo. Porém… tomadas antigas, nosso quarto não tinha cama de casal juntaram duas camas de solteiro. Lençóis e cobertor antigo e manchados. O hotel tem muitos pontos a melhor, percebemos que é um hotel antigo, elevadores principalmente. Sugiro melhorar e administrar com lençóis novos, toalhas e reformar o banheiro, a água do banheiro saia amarela precisamos comprar água para escovar os dentes. O box estava bem sujo, chuveiro com a caída da água direto para parede precisava ficar bem perto para conseguir ficar em baixo da água. Tinha piscina na cobertura mas não usamos, vale conhecer a vista é linda. Café da manhã nós atendeu bem. Estacionamento precisamos pagar 35,00 a diária não concordo, já reservamos o hotel que não foi um valor barato e ainda precisamos pagar algo que deveria fazer parte. Ar antigo não usamos, fazia muito barulho.

Gostaria de registrar uma reclamação sobre minha estadia recente no hotel. Embora o atendimento da equipe tenha sido educado e atencioso, alguns aspectos importantes da hospedagem ficaram muito abaixo do esperado. Os lençóis e toalhas disponibilizados no quarto apresentavam manchas visíveis. Além disso, as toalhas eram muito pequenas, bastante gastas, extremamente finas e com clara aparência de desgaste pelo uso prolongado. Itens básicos como roupas de cama e banho deveriam estar em boas condições, pois impactam diretamente na sensação de higiene, conforto e qualidade da hospedagem. Outro ponto negativo foi o café da manhã, que deixou a desejar pela pouca variedade de opções disponíveis. Para um hotel, espera-se um mínimo de diversidade e reposição adequada dos itens, o que infelizmente não foi observado durante minha estadia. Considerando que esses são aspectos essenciais de qualquer hospedagem, acredito que seja importante que o hotel reveja esses pontos com atenção. A melhoria na qualidade das roupas de cama e banho, bem como na variedade do café da manhã, é fundamental para proporcionar uma experiência condizente com o que os hóspedes esperam. Registro esta reclamação com o objetivo de que providências sejam tomadas para evitar que outros hóspedes tenham a mesma experiência.

A equipe de funcionários e excelentes amei fui muito bem tratada. O café uma delicinha tudo fresquinho O estacionamento e bom tudo fechado a localização e ótima, a unica coisa que eu nao gostei que precisa muito melhorar sao as camas e as roupas de cama sao muito precarias por ser um hotel deveria ter camas melhores nao digo luxuosa mais decentes principalmente lencos e toalha. Bom tirando isso e um ótimo custo benefício meu conselho pra quem for leve suas roupas de cama e toalha.

Quarto com cheiro ruim, banheiro com privada e pia entupidos, chuveiro com resistência à mostra (meu marido tomou choque 2x tentando colocar o chuveirinho do lugar pois soltava toda hora) quando entramos primeira noite a roupa de cama de qualquer jeito (na segunda vez que pedimos para limpar o quarto ficou ok. Só porque é perto da praia as pessoas acham que tem o direito de tratar os clientes de qualquer jeito, oferecer qualquer coisa, o dinheiro de ninguém é capim.

Hotel precário, sem condições! Agua da torneira e chuveiro marrom, chuveiro jorrava agua pela parede em cima das instalações elétrica alem de ser gelado, nao tem estacionamento para todos os hospedes, tolhas encardidas, lencois e travesseiros com marcas de uso e manchas de maquiagem, ar condicionado barulhento. Apesar das pessimas condicoes, os funcionarios e gerente sao atenciosos e prestativos e fizeram o possivel para tentar melhorar a situação.

Ai geral muito boa, todos os funcionários são incríveis em atendimento e prestação de serviço, a única coisa que nos chateamos foi que procuramos por um lugar adaptado para cadeirantes, mas fotos da entrada parecia que a rampa era pra acesso ao hall, mas tínhamos que entrar pela garagem por uma entrada bem íngrime, o banheiro também não tinha facilidade para o banho, no mais amamos o hotel e com certeza vamos indicar.

Boa hospedagem p quem quer pouco luxo e bom preço

É uma boa hospedagem para rápidos passeios e para quem não pode gastar muito. Quarto grande com sacada. Piscina no terraço. Não pude aproveitar muito pois fiquei doente durante a estadia e fiquei mais dormindo. Porém pretendo reservar de novo pra aproveitar o hotel. A rua de terra incomoda um pouco devido a poeira e buracos e pedras. O estacionamento é pago, mas o preço da estadia compensa. Não sei informar sobre o café. Mas espero voltar e apreciar melhor o hotel.
