Awesome Hotel.

The staff ,porter (Joker) are very friendly & helpful. It’s a nice , clean & comfortable hotel.Its near the Metro. We will come again in 6 months time. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

Nice hotel close to East Rail Station

I stayed for a night and the experience was very good. The room is clean, quiet and the hotel is close to the East Rail Station and a lot of food options nearby. It is just next to the D Exit of metro station Linhe West.

They didn't have the king sized beds as what we had booked and instead gave us rooms with two single beds. Wasn't very satisfied with that however the second night they upgraded our room to the luxury room which had the king size beds.

Excellent Location, and Very Nice Hotel

A very Classy hotel with a touch of friendliness . Surround by large banks and very tall building , it remind me of CBD are in Singapore Reception was very helpful and even bellhops are very polite and nice. Location is fantastic, as it is at central of tianhe district. A very safe area to stay in away from the rowdy areas like yue xiu etc... I will definately come back and stay at this hotel again when I visit Guangzhou next time , bonus part of the hotel , very near fro Guangzhou east train station only 5 mins. Extremely convenient for those who take a train from Hong kong to Guangzhou. Thanks for the wonderful experience!!!

Pretty good for the price

We arrived in the evening after a long flight and left early the next day. Check-in was quick and easy, staff spoke English, breakfast was excellent. Daughter's roll away bed was rock hard. The hotel had arranged a driver to pick us up from the airport. Arrangements for that were hassle free.

Great Hotel in Guangzhou, for business or pleasure

I was very pleased with the hotel, I booked it just a few days before the Canton Fair, so I was not expecting a great hotel with the price I paid. Its not a luxury hotel, it shows that its a little old, specially the room carpets and some furniture. However, the beds are very comfortable (soft, not like many chinese hotel beds), soft pillows and linnen, water pressure in the shower excellent with lots of hot water, nice amenities, room very clean, staff very nice and english speaking, internet very fast and reliable, buffet breakfast included was good with many choices (western and asian style). The best thing about this hotel is its location. Its in the heart of Tianhe district. Perfectly located, just 2 min walk from Linhexi metro station entrance A. You can go anywhere from this hotel in no time. Take the metro from the airport or from Guangzhou East railway station (you can walk from the train station, its about a 10 min walk). Canton Fair is just 15 min away by metro, only one line exchange from line 3 to line 8. Around the area there are lots of restaurants, fast food american style and also many good chinese restaurants. Furthermore, the hotel has a shuttle to take you to the Canton Fair and back. You can take a taxi in no time if you just walk out to the street, its a very busy area.

good location at city center

This was our 4th stay here and we choose this place for the reason of its close proximity to the lenhexi metro station which is just a road opposite this proerty. So for us we save a lot on commute from the airport to this hotel. just catch line 3 from the airport and drop off at lenhexi and exit at gate B to see the hotel just opposite. Also our office is at Tianhe bei lu so this serves both the purpose very well for us.

Good location

The hotel is close to lin he xi metro station which is just round the corner. It is close to shopping malls, bank, eateries and 7 eleven. Hotel staff are friendly and services are excellent. Hotel room is clean. Hotel lobby is clean and smells pleasant. Hotel has convenient access to food, transport and shopping.

Great hotel in Hk

It's a good hotel to stay at in HK. It's on the Kowloon side of HK right next to the TST metro station. The hotel is a great bargain for the price. It's hard to be its location and the quality of service and hotel room is worth it.

Reasonable for the price

Though my room was a bit smokey-smelling, such is the nature of rooms in China, After all, it's smoggy/smokey everywhere! That said, the breakfast was adequate, rooms overall were comfortable, lobby clean and hotel seemed close to everything. The service was very good in all areas.
