Communication was great with the owners/managers. Olga was exceptionally helpful. Our room, however, was not pleasant. No hot water in the kitchen. No hot water in the bathroom sink plus faucet handle fell off. No shower curtain until we asked for it. Broken toilet roll holder. Handwritten notes asking for maid tip (no service ever) and also to take care of trash (no bags provided), Mop bucket left in room with mop in it. My sister got locked in her room as the door lock jammed. Freezing room. The grounds of the property are lovely, as is the restaurant. I am sure some of the other rooms don’t suffer from the same problems but it made our stay uncomfortable. It makes me sad to write this, but maybe our room was simply overlooked. It should be made clear that this 2-bedroom loft requires a 48 stair climb total. again, Olga was great and was all the communication with the staff.

The hotel/apartment was centrally located and made getting around easy. Sitting on the balcony became one of my favorite pass times. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics so you have what you need to cook and enjoy great meals.

Very pleasant stay in Guanajuato

The hotel had a lot of space with a nice little private patio in the back. Francisco was very nice and allowed us to leave our luggage with him while we travelled to other cities in Mexico even though we had already checked out of his hotel. Everyone in the city was very friendly and we had a great time.

La estancia fue muy placentera, las áreas comunes son muy bonitas y el trato es muy bueno. Nos sentimos muy cómodos y si te gusta caminar de ahí puedes llegar a casi todos los lugares de interés en Guanajuato sin mayor esfuerzo. Seguro volveremos aquí.

La propiedad es muy grande y con ambiente tranquilo con una terraza rodeada de plantas. Los propietarios muy atentos y pendientes de cualquier solicitud. Cuenta con restaurante café que sirve platillos sanos, exquisitos a precios razonables muy recomendable, el personal atiende agradable y servicial en especial Alba en el café
