Waste bags or scooping tools must be used to remove pet waste, which should be disposed off in designated trash containers. 6. Pets should not be left unattended in the vacation rental, NO MATTER if they are in a crate or confined to a specific area approved by the property owner. Excessive barking or any other disturbance caused by pets may result in eviction from the premises. 7. Guests are liable for any damages caused by their pets. Any damages, including but not limited to scratches, stains, or odors, will be assessed and charged accordingly. 8. The vacation rental owner or property management company reserves the right to deny entry or request the removal of any pet that is deemed aggressive, disruptive, or poses a threat to the safety of other guests, staff, or property. 9. An additional pet fee per pet may apply. This fee covers the cost of extra cleaning and potential damages associated with pets.
