Spacious renovated air-conditioned 2 room flat with mezzanine located on the 1st floor of the residence with lift, with sea view from the bedroom and the mezzanine, capacity of 5 persons.


The living area has a fully equipped kitchen (4 burner ceramic hob, Nespresso and traditional coffee maker, toaster, kettle, large fridge with freezer compartment, microwave - mini-oven, dishwasher and washing machine), a table leading to the living room with sofa and flat screen TV (French channels), with docking station for I-Phone.
A separate bedroom with sea view has a double bed (140x190) and a wardrobe.

A shower room with WC is also located on the lower level.

Upstairs, a large mezzanine has a reading area and TV (french channels) and a separate bedroom with a sleeping area (1 double bed 140x190 and 1 single bed).

Vacances à Gruissan

Location propre et idéalement placée. Là description correspond à la réalité, décoration de très bon goût. Il faisait juste un peu chaud dans la chambre mezzanine, mais de nombreuses possibilités de couchages pour profiter de la climatisation au rdv. Très bon contact avec l’agence, très professionnelle pour préparer l’arrivée et le départ.
