House was very nice and the pool was great. The travelnest contact person was very helpful and nice, quick responses to questions. Navigating the location was easy after a day or so of learning the area. The size of house was great. What we did not like was: no mention of a deposit needing to be paid in cash verses a credit card, found out later the day before we were leaving the states. Guest is responsible for water/electricity usage at end of the stay. We could not feel comfortable in the house during the extremely hot weather using the AC to our liking as we were worried about how much the charges would be. This put a huge damper on our stay and kept from fully enjoying the house. We spent 2 days researching and driving to a bank to exchange currency to ensure we had cash deposit in the Dutch currency.
This house would be a 10/10 if these 2 things were not a worry. We definitely would stay at a resort next time. We had to purchase additional toilet paper for the house, no extra trash bags to take the trash out, we used our shopping bags to ensure all trash was removed from house and in the provided trash can out front. We purchased paper towels and napkins to use for cooking. All the cooking appliances and dishes were available which was nice. The colleague Alice was very nice. The owner is easily accessible by WhatsApp and responds quickly.
