This is a great hotel and location for easy access to the old town (15 minute walk) and train station (literally 50 meters away). Great service, breakfast and experience overall.

This is a great hotel for a few nights' stay for a traveller. It's literally next door to the Grosseto train station and just a few blocks' walk to the walled center city. It is lovely, has great, helpful staff, is clean, quiet and secure - with a 24-hour desk person who keeps the room keys while you're out. Breakfast buffet is extensive and high quality -- worth the price. Overall, great value!

Convenient location next to train station (which in Europe can be a plus and minus), Less than 15 minute walk to anything worth seeing in Grosetto. Very friendly staff helped with early check in. Right next to train station so very convenient if you are traveling by train. Several good restaurants and the old town are within a short (maybe 8 min.) walk. One word of caution…it says AC but hotels in the area do not turn on AC until May 1st no matter how hot it may be in April!
