Wrongly rated it should be 2 not 4 star. Stuffy room when i rang why the air - con was not working the male person at the reception said theres none until the1st of June, I thought I missed understood what he said so I when downstairs and he confirm it again, Then i asked him why the WIFI was not working he just said , I'll try to start it again, very disappointed went upstairs in the room open the window to be eaten by mosquitos, when i went downstairs to go out for dinner told him and he just looked at me with nothing to say, I also said that I needed the WIFI by the time I come back because needed to do work and his reply was, what can I do I can't get a technician on a Friday night. Next morning still no WiFi, Bathroom poor condition, poor breakfast,

hotel has a good location and swimmingpool

nice staff, studio for 3 has one uncomfortable extra bed (but they provided an extra matras on top of it), breakfast is good, no hot food (egg, bacon, hot milk), the noise of the street nearby is well kept out. close to the hop-on-hop-off busline and other busses to the centre. supermarket in 5-10 min walk.

A good hotel for business travellers.

The hotel was very busy with meetings and business travellers at the time of my visit. Many of the guests were smokers and the smoke permeated the halls and rooms. The hotel staff did their best to be helpful .

Very long walk into Grosseto. Very far away from anything at all apart from the hospital and McDonalds, which was useless as neither of us fell ill. But to get a 4 star hotel that cheaply was really good value so if you had a car to get you into town I would recommend staying here.

Good Hotel close to Town

The hotel was clean and tidy. The rooms were a good size and the staff were friendly. We had a meal at the restaurant and the quality of the food was very good, with a reasonably priced selection of wine. The breakfast was adequate. The hotel is a 10 minute cab ride or 20 minute bus ride from the City. It is off the tourist track so the english of the reception and hotel staff is not great, but with patience you can get your message across. Overall a good place to stay if you are in the area.
